Details such as wide plank floors, floor to ceiling windows, and original paneling make this home truly one of kind. The house comes fully furnished and is pet friendly.

Nestled in the heart of Sullivan County, just under two hours from the GW Bridge, Mill House is handy to many charming Catskills towns. Callicoon, Livingston Manor, and Roscoe are each just 15 minutes away, and Jeffersonville is only 7 minutes down the road.

The house has a modern, open kitchen with an island to sit at and enjoy casual meals. For holidays and formal dining there is a dining room with an 8-person dining room table. From the dining room, find two living room spaces lounge in with a fireplace to take the chill off winter evenings. You will also find amenities like a mudroom, closet space, and an office area.

Outside you will find a scenic patio with bistro lights and a table for warm weather dining and cook-outs. There is also a porch to sit and watch a quiet Catskills day pass by. Raised gardens provide the space for all your gardening, and a fire pit is the perfect place to gather around and enjoy bonfires.
